We are Charlotte and Sophie, sisters from North Yorkshire, England and YANA™ Active is a new beginning for us.

We’re new to the activewear industry, but we hope we can help women chase after their dreams; just as we are. We’ve done the 9 ‘til 5 corporate careers, but for us YANA™ is about creating a unique brand that supports women and encourages you all to believe in yourselves and achieve your potential. 

YANA™ took over two years to develop

The inception and creation of YANA™ didn’t happen overnight. YANA™ took over two years to develop, one year of which was just choosing the right name! We didn’t want YANA™ to be ‘another activewear brand’ you see pop-up overnight. We wanted to ensure we developed a brand with depth and genuine value-added, for the women engaging with it to ensure maximum benefit, enjoyment and support.

Multi-functional and fashionable activewear

YANA™ has been created with the intention of shaking up the activewear industry and enhancing the concept of multi-functional and fashionable activewear with an alternative style. Our vision for YANA™ is to provide women with functional and beautiful activewear that won’t let you down, whilst creating an inclusive, yet exclusive community via a blog and our social media channels. The aim is to bring like-minded women together, share our goals, dreams, accomplishments and even failures.  

We aim to inspire women like us

We want to show that you can develop, achieve and grow something you’ve always dreamt of. We will be honest with you, it won’t be easy sailing, it won’t be an overnight creation, it will take a lot of time, hard work, discipline and dedication, but in the long-run, whatever your dream or goal is, it’ll be worth following it. 

Here at YANA™, we believe it’s not just about activewear, it’s about being active. Active in life, in work, in your community, an active lifestyle, mindset and being socially involved. We aim for our activewear to support your body, while our blog feeds your mind.
