Shipping policy
YANA offer several shipping options which can be found on the shipping page upon checkout. We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 3-5 working days, but sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer. We are unable to deliver on UK bank holidays, any orders received on a bank holiday should add an extra day to dispatch. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or the delivery address changed.
