UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to refund any item you are not satisfied with when you return it to us with all tags intact, in a saleable condition via recorded delivery within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping will be at your cost.

Outlet items are exchange only within 14 days of receipt. 

Please ensure you write your order number and name on your parcel and retain proof of postage.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your items. We will contact you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds for posted returns will be processed once your goods are received at YANA.

Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the refunds to show in your account. 

If your payment method expires before we process your refund, please email us at management@yanaactive.co.uk and a member of our team will be in touch with you to take your new details.
